Search Methods

From initial identification to final employment, our highly trained staff will assist our clients in every aspect of the search process, in order to ensure that only the ideal individual is employed. Our method is based upon the following steps:

  • We always meet with our clients to ascertain their recruitment needs, and to gain a firm understanding of the company and its goals in this market.

  • This information serves as a basis to establish a clear and concise job description. Our consultants and research staff thereafter conduct a thorough researching of candidates.

  • We personally screen every successful, qualified candidate, and conduct in-depth interviews. During the interview process, we serve as liaison between the candidates and our client to ensure effective communication.

  • After the interviews have taken place, we prepare detailed candidate profiles, including professional history, and our impressions, for our client's review. Only the best-qualified candidates are introduced to our client.

  • We ensure an impartial arbitration during the negotiation process until an agreement is reached between the ideal candidate and our client.

  • We always maintain communication with both client and candidate well after the candidate has joined the company.
